Refund Policy

At The Skin Jeanie, we’re committed to providing high-quality, personalized skincare experiences. Your time is valuable — and so is ours — so we kindly ask that you review our refund policy below before booking.
Appointments & Services
All skincare services are non-refundable.
Due to the time and care reserved for your treatment, we do not issue refunds for completed services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to address your concerns or offer a corrective service.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied to your final balance. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for the deposit to be transferred to a future appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be restricted from future bookings.
Memberships & Packages
All membership fees and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership perks, credits, or unused services cannot be rolled over unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement.
Product Returns
Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
