1. Services & Appointments

All services are provided by licensed professionals.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Results from treatments may vary depending on individual skin types, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward your service. In the event of a reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer the deposit to a new date. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or full service charge.

3. Payments

4. Refund Policy

• All services are non-refundable.

• Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused, for store credit or exchange only.

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or current skin treatments prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for adverse reactions if full and accurate information is not provided.

7. Client Conduct

We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward staff or clients will result in immediate termination of services and potential restriction from future bookings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including text, images, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Skin Jeanie and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with its functionality. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or third-party service errors.
